With much of the country experiencing snow today, it's definitely still winter!

My blog has been silent for two months.
Since I've received several comments on this, I'm posting a blog I wrote on another site at that time, by way of explanation: My House Burned Down. Even now, as I write those words, I find it hard to believe this horrible event really happened.
My house burst into flames at 8:02 am on November 25.

Active parents lead to active children, we all know that. But maybe you don't have a whole lot of time to devote to exercising with your kids every day.
Check out these activities, which could take just 15 minutes of your time and use up lots of calories!
* Dancing = 135 calories/30 minutes
* Flag Football = 239 calories/30 minutes
